Will the Democrats be able to sway enough voters to take the White House and key Congressional swing districts? Will Republicans be able to get enough male voters, especially in battleground states, to win the majority of electoral votes? I believe these are some of the most important questions in the 2024 election, so I created a blog on Substack to follow them: Men and the 2024 Election.
I will follow both parties and key campaign season events, such as State of the Union Address, party conventions, party platforms, presidential debates and speeches, as well as key polling data, through a Democratic male gender lens. We will also look at past trends and data amongst male voters to detect patterns and help anticipate possible outcomes to the 2024 races.
I look at: Who’s getting right, or wrong? Which party addresses male gender issues? Are the candidates identifying men as a voting block, and reaching out to them? What related organizations are chiming in on male gender issues? How will this sway how people end up voting, and ultimately, who ends up in the White House?
